Michael Faraday was born September 22, 1791 in Newington, England. Michael invented the dynamo (which is the first electric generator) and the electric motor in 1831. Michael’s dad couldn’t work due to health issues so his family wasn’t rich; in fact they were poor. In 1821 Michael got married to Sarah Barnard. They had no kids. Near the end of Michael’s life, Queen Elizabeth allowed Michael to live in Hampton Court to rest for the remainder of his life. Michael died in 1867 on the 25th of August. He was 76.
